Quotation and Invoicing
* Quotations are always without obligation and valid for 10 days (business) or 3 days (private).
* All mentioned prices are always excl. Statutory taxes (VAT, NL) of 21%.
* The payment term for an invoice is 14 days.
* Travel allowance outside Amsterdam is determined in consultation.
Copyright / Ownership
* The copyright and ownership of photos rests with Helene Peters, unless purchased.
Publications
* All photos taken by me (Helene Peters) may be used at all times to promote my professional activities; on- and offline. With a publication ban from the client, an additional € 100 per image will be requested.
Guidelines
* Life happens: you can cancel a shoot up to 3 days before the shoot.
* A cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price applies to cancellations within less than 3 days.
* Shooting & rework hours ratio is 1: 1, at the same rate, unless agreed otherwise.
* Photos are delivered as standard 72 dpi for online use, unless otherwise agreed.
* No RAW files or unprocessed photos are supplied.
* If desired, a selection is sent from my top 10 per shoot.
* The delivered photos may not be edited again. This includes: Cropping, color processing and the use of filters.
* Report complaints or feedback within 1 week after delivery.
